Many ions ago, we filmed a TV series for our local TV station called Going Nowhere. It was a combination of written and improvised sketch-comedy show. We typically filmed all skits in one take and gloriously low-budget, utilizing only one house for the production. So, pretty much every skit was domestic in nature.
This skit, Blind Date, is the group’s favorite improvised skit for Going Nowhere. Nathan is on a blind date with Leslie, who may or may not have twenty kids, including Johnny who she brings on the date.
“Do you know what racketeering is?” Johnny asks.
“Yes, it’s tennis.” Nathan says.
